Follow these simple steps:
Step # 1 - Call HSAA to obtain a "Return Authorization Number"

Step # 2 - Photocopy the original invoice.

Step # 3 - Write the "Return Authorization Number" on the copied invoice.

Step # 4 - Package the item carefully in a corrugated box to avoid damage during shipping.

HSAA will dispatch a designated courier, or your Sales Consultant, to return the package to HSAA.

Returned items received by our Customer Returns Department without prior authorization may result in the returned item being denied credit and/or repair.s follows:

  • Over 60 days 5%
  • Over 90 days 15%
  • Over 180 days 25%
  • Over 270 days 35%

Returning a Defective Item?

Indicate the exact reason why the item is defective on your copied invoice. Items partially used are not returnable unless the item is found defective.

Was Your Item Damaged in Shipping?

Call HSAA within 48 hours in the event that your order was received damaged via transit.

Returning a Handpiece or Equipment?

For your protection, opened hand pieces& equipment MAY NOT be returned for credit. HSAA will coordinate a repair or replacement in accordance to manufacturer warranties.

Returning a Special Order Item?

Special Order items are not returnable for any reason.
Special order items are products not regularly stocked in our Distribution Centre. These items are ordered specifically for you and confirmed by your Sales Consultant.

* Failure to comply with one or all these return policies may result in credit being denied.
